The canal track at buona vista is close due to some construction work. Noticed that yesterday morning and realise the track was block after 1km onwards, so have to make a U-turn back to the starting point, halfway the journey i was actualy feeling kinda dizzy and cold. no energy to run anymore but still forced myself to finish my run. Running seems like a chore to me these days though i tried to make sure i will run at least 2-3 times a week. Not sure why but there isn't any motivation at all. haiz..
Saw a polar watch RS200sd recently, it has many great features like measuring your speed, distance and pace per km/mile combine with your heart rate. Its also has a Polar sport zones which provides an easy way to select and monitor the intensity of your training and to follow its based training programs. Cool rite? But the price is $400+ , close to $500. Abit too much la.. how to afford?
maybe i should stop dreaming about the watch and get a stability ball soon. Bosu is the new thing in town rite now, but its abit too ex so i wouldn't consider it for the moment.

oh ya! i really want to sign up for kickboxing during the holidays..arghH!! been dying to join the program at amore fitness but don't think any of my female frens are interested in it at all. yoga maybe but i'm not quite interested in that, don't really like the idea of stretching myself..i am not a rubber band. Mum promised to pay for yoga..but she seems kinda disapprove with kickboxing...but i'm quite confident i can change her mind in the end coz kickboxing is a healthy workout..i'm not asking money from her to buy drugs or anything rite?

haiz..money money money..all kinda things needs money. i just hope money can falls down from the sky. oops! who doesn't?
