(continue..)
the run started at 7.30am, now you know why it was ridiculous to reach there so early in the morning. i might not be the first who finish the race, but i'm confident to say i am the first to reach esplanade..haha, no prize for that.
caught a few familiar faces..the usual Singapore marathon runner, Vivian Tang Yoke Pin and the Australia runner, Suzanne E. Walsham..saw the two at the MILK run previously. Do not ever under estimate the latter, though she has aged but she runs FAST and her timing can easily beat any guys out there! i also found out Vivian Tang is actually above 35 years old!
gosh...but she looks so young, i thought she is in her mid-twenties. No wonder Ercan mention that for female marathon runners, their peak level is during their thirdies.
at the start of the race, i tried not to repeat the same mistake as the MILK run..do not ever try to chase those in front..
PACE YOURSELF! i personally prefer the route this time compared to the army half marathon.
During the race, there's this caucasian who elbowed me while trying to overtake.
c'mon..if she wants so overtake, there's so much space for her to do so..dun have to elbow me rite? be more considerate ppl!! worse still, she did it twice.. -.-"
managed to finish the run at 52mins..
ranking: 96 out of 1845..
the winner is Suzanne E. Walsham and Vivian finished third.
haiz...kinda disappointed..compared to my 63th ranking for ahm, i think i suck at this run..i should i push myself harder to train!! but where's my motivation...??
argh.

I made my way to get some banana after the run and heard someone calling out my name. I turned and saw a macho guy carrying a plate of apples walking towards me. wow~ its Thu Aung..haha.. kinda funny to see him serving apples at the event..but its gd money though..$80 bucks for 4 hrs..totally cool.
i grabbed a banana but threw it away after a few bites. Not an ideal food for me coz its hard to swallow after the run..how i wish they serve watermelon instead.
i quickly changed and freshened myself up before meeting Calvin for breakfast, we went to the TCC at Millenia Walk. My first time in TCC..god, i'm REALLI lacking behind time. The place was empty. there's even a point of time where we were the only customers there. Just the way i like it coz i hate crowds..

i ordered the Azuki Coffee Cooler and its sOoo good!!! love any thing that goes with red bean. Unfortunately i didn't like my pancake with orange sauce but Calvin thinks it quite nice
..=S
Home was my next destination after the breakfast and some window shopping at Suntec..
Quite a nice Sunday..tried 4 new things today: Xing Wang, Women10k, TCC and Imperial Treasure Cantonese Crusine at night..now i cant wait for my next run in Dec!!..
uh-oh..42k >.<
