Carbo-loading

Its less than a week to the marathon, i'm getting nervous day by day. Imagining myself running non stop for 4 to 6hrs is freaking me out..but hey~ there's a gd side to everything..i'm gonna do carbo-loading!

i've already wrote down a list of food for my pre-race and post-race meals..

*pre-race*
- prata (plain, cheese, egg)
- beef noodles (must be from golden mile)
- bread (crossiants, bagels...anything..even gardenia bread i'm satisfied)

*post-race*
- spaghetti
- ice cream
- pancakes
- bread

as you can see all of them are in simple carbs and extremely sinful..haha..but i have to boost my normaly glycogen levels by "storing" carbohydrates as glycogen in muscles so that there's sufficient fuel for me to burn it off that day.

no carbs = no energy.

the long-waited prata (the last one i had was more than a yr ago)..arghh..cant wait till Saturday!
