signed up for MILK run again! This time wasn't with my lecturer but went with John instead. well, its still the same old route around clarke quay..running in loops for the 8.4km run which i didn't like it at all. as for my stamina...i still ran the same time as last year's..meaning that i actually did worse. coz i remembered i ran too fast for the first half last yr, resulting me ran out of breath later. This yr i paced myself..but the timing is still the same -.-
