Met up with John and YY early in the morning and headed down to East Coast Park together for the Saucony Passion Run.

Got to trouble YY to help us look after our stuff cause there isn't any bag deposit at the event. We were late and immediately went for the run with just some simple stretching and warm up..

Anyway, the route was pretty nice..it is basically from one end of the ECP to the other and u-turn back to the end point.
as for my run, i have no idea what my timing was cause i forgot to bring my watch..arghhh!! but i personally feel that i didn't do well this time because of the lack of training again. or maybe because i am just plain lousy. hahaaa...

and my shoes.....haiz..
is there anyone out there who is willing to sponsor a new ascis trainer for me?
the gel in my trainer is gone..i need to replace a new one so badly....=(


When the run was over, we headed down to Parkway Parade for lunch. Pretty glad to see the 3 of us clique so well..and a BIG THANK YOU to YY for coming down to ECP with us just to take care of our belongings.
